The Influence Supply Chain: Cognitive Warfare 101
How Layered Warfare Reprograms Perception, Narrative, and Behavior

We live in an age of abundant information and scarce truth. Systems of power — financial, political, media, and technological — have grown so complex that their true mechanisms of influence remain hidden in plain sight. Asha Archives exists to map these structures through rigorous, sourced investigation. We are not conspiracy theorists. We are pattern analysts. Every claim here is documented with links to primary government reports, independent research institutes, and established journalism. We show our work.
This is cognitive warfare 101. One clean fact destroys the engineered narrative and turns you into a Protector/Truth Anchor.
Layered Warfare — Not Propaganda, Reprogramming
Cognitive warfare is not a single operation. It is layered warfare operating simultaneously across multiple domains, targeting the mind, values, and soul rather than territory. As mapped in the visual analysis:
• Psychological warfare (dopamine) → controls perception
• Information warfare (politics) → controls narrative
• Cyber warfare (tech) → controls systems
• Economic warfare → controls survival
• Spiritual warfare → controls meaning, identity, and truth
Separate layers influence. Together, they reprogram behavior. Dopamine keeps you hooked. Tech keeps you tracked. Politics keeps you divided. Spirit gets replaced. If you do not see all the layers, you are not watching the war; you are living inside it.
At the heart of the psychological (dopamine) and information (politics) layers sits a precisely engineered mechanism: The Influence Supply Chain. This is not conspiracy. It is math + incentive mapping. Every narrative works the same way: Iran, elections, culture, wars.
The Influence Supply Chain — Documented Flow of Power
The model diagrams a vertical supply chain from top to bottom:
Architects (Power + Strategy) Design reality before it is interpreted — defining language, frames, and acceptable ideas.
Gatekeepers Control access and legitimacy — deciding what enters mainstream discourse versus what dies early (editors, institutions).
Brokers Move influence and coordination behind the scenes — connecting power centers that do not publicly align (lobbyists, political fixers).
Extractors Monetize attention markets — incentivizing reward distortion over accuracy.
Grifters Exploit outrage, identity, or crisis for personal gain.
Performers Signal virtue, status, belonging, moral credibility (influencers, activists, establishment voices).
Amplifiers / Enforcers / Stabilizers Punish deviation, reward compliance, and enable the quiet majority to go along by not resisting.
PROTECTORS / Truth Anchors
Running parallel on the right side of the diagram are PROTECTORS / Truth Anchors. These rare actors actively resist narrative capture across all layers. They interrogate framing (not just conclusions), disrupt false consensus and manufactured urgency, refuse social and institutional coercion, and anchor reality to evidence — not incentives. Independent investigators, adversarial journalists, whistleblowers, and principled defectors operate here.
One clean fact, placed correctly, breaks the entire chain.
Two Force-Multipliers of 2026
The machinery is supercharged by two force-multipliers that operate in 2026:
Good-vs-Evil Moral Dualism Narratives collapse into absolute binaries (“good” heroes vs. “evil” villains). This triggers tribal loyalty, outrage, and the shutdown of nuance or evidence-based scrutiny. Dissent becomes immoral.
Dopamine Nation Dynamics As documented by psychiatrist Anna Lembke, modern digital ecosystems deliver constant high-reward stimuli — likes, shares, notifications, outrage cycles — creating compulsive overconsumption akin to addiction. Algorithms turn narrative alignment into a self-reinforcing loop.
When moral binaries supply the emotional payload, dopamine supplies virality and retention, and the institutional layers coordinate delivery, the result is engineered consensus that feels organic.
Iran / Middle East Narratives as Case Study (2026 Context)
Note clearly, as Asha Archives always does: the Iranian people and citizens are distinct from their government, the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Gatekeepers such as Christiane Amanpour (CNN/PBS anchor shaping global frames).
Brokers such as Karim Sadjadpour (Carnegie Endowment senior fellow linking think tanks to policy and media).
Performers such as activist Nazanin Nour and Congresswoman Yassamin Ansari (signaling institutional stances with activist overlap).
These roles are documented through public appearances, publications, and congressional records. They operate within the mainstream supply chain.
Adversarial Actors Run Parallel Supply Chains
State and non-state actors mirror and weaponize the exact same layered structure. This is documented in official sanctions and open-source intelligence:
Russia
Operates via state-linked media (RT, Sputnik), the Internet Research Agency troll farms, and operations such as Doppelgänger (fabricated news sites mimicking legitimate outlets, amplified by bots). These create competing narratives to confuse attribution and sow chaos — often synchronized with other actions. Good-vs-evil framing casts Russia as defender of traditional values against “Western evil.”
Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC)
Maintains dedicated influence units. In December 2024 the U.S. Treasury sanctioned the IRGC’s Cognitive Design Production Center for planning influence operations since at least 2023, including election interference and incitement of socio-political tensions in the United States. The Center uses AI-generated content, social media amplification, deepfakes, and psychological warfare to shape Gaza/Middle East narratives — framing adversaries as existential evil while positioning the IRGC as moral protector.
Muslim Brotherhood and Affiliated Networks
Leverage documented media infrastructure, diaspora channels, and proxy outlets. Investigations (including the 1982 “Project” and 1991 “Explanatory Memorandum”) outline long-term entryism into Western institutions. They blend disinformation with moral dualism (“oppressor vs. oppressed” or religious binaries) and exploit platform algorithms for addictive spread. Qatar-funded Al Jazeera has been identified in multiple reports as a key amplifier.
Disruptive / Protector Examples
Tucker Carlson operates with Performer elements in independent media and adversarial positioning. He interrogates spin cycles across wars, elections, and culture, highlighting misaligned incentives and rejecting binary moral traps.
Candace Owens challenges coordinated narratives with evidence-focused skepticism, resisting frames that serve institutional or foreign interests.
Both create parallel flows that disrupt dopamine-fueled mainstream consensus.
Why the Convergence Matters
In the Dopamine Nation era, good-vs-evil binaries plus addictive platforms turn the Influence Supply Chain into a self-sustaining cognitive weapon. Audiences become hooked participants — rewarded for tribal signaling, punished for questioning the frame. The incentives (status, engagement, belonging, funding) are structural. Russia, the IRGC, Muslim Brotherhood-linked networks, and mainstream actors all exploit the same architecture. None are immune.
Protector / Truth Anchor roles remain the counterweight: evidence-first scrutiny that breaks the dopamine-moral loop and interrogates the supply chain itself.
This model is descriptive, not partisan. It is grounded in documented roles, operations, incentives, and behavioral science. It simply diagrams how cognitive warfare functions today.
At Asha Archives, our mission is radical transparency and systems thinking. We invite experts, whistleblowers, and critical thinkers to participate. If you have primary documents or a specific narrative requiring mapping, contact us. The truth is not a matter of opinion. It is a structure waiting to be mapped.
